Check Security Center service

1. Click Start, type Services.msc in Start Search bar, and then press Enter.
اذهب الى ستارت ثم البحث واكتب في البحث Services.msc
2. In the right pane, double-click Security Center.
3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, click Apply, click Start, and then click OK.
4. Restart the computer.

اضغط بعدها ابلاي وريستارت
اذا لم ينصلح الوضع بعد هذة العملية
1. Do you have a file named wscui.cpl in Windows\system32 folder? If it exists, double click it to run Security Center. If the file is missing, please copy it from another known computer.
اذهب لملف الوندو في السيستم 32 Windows\system32 ابحث عن ملف اسمةwscui.cpl
2. Do you scan virus and malware on the computer? They could damage your system components.
اخيرا اعمل سكان ببرنامج الهاي جاك للتاكد من عدم اصابتك بفيروس

If the Security Center service cannot be started, please let me know the error message.
Then, let’s confirm the following points:
1. Do you have a file named wscui.cpl in Windows\system32 folder? If it exists, double click it to run Security Center. If the file is missing, please copy it from another known computer.
2. Do you scan virus and malware on the computer? They could damage your system components.
