1]-Choose the box and create box with the following size
Place the box like me   [2]-Convert the box into the editable poly now select the all polygons Now apply the insert polygons with the of 0.62    [3]-Your object should like this  [4]-With the selected polygons and apply the bevel polygons with the good following amount as shown below  [5]-Your object should like this  [6]-With the selected edges now apply the chamfer edges with the amount of 0.33  [7]-Now apply the Turbo smooth modifier with the amount of 3.0  [8]-Apply the materials like me  [9]-This is final result   |
