A system message will be printed in the center of the screen containing one of the following rates FPS Rates: Normal -> Refreshes every 0x19 Ms Medium -> refreshes every 0x10 Ms High -> refreshes every 8 Ms NOT recommended for slow retarded Pc's Note: If you have a slow retarded pc then this will take a while longer to start... And if running it as administrator didn't work then make sure the antivirus is not blocking it If you have a slow retarded pc that cannot handle 50+ fps rate... don't blame me blame your PC
