problem of log on crossfire

i have proplem in crossfire the lag change more and more and it became more than 400 but i haven t any problem in the internet

please i wait to any one sugggest any suggetion and i do my the pest to solave this proplem

ده حسب سريعة الانترنت لن لو سرعتك 512 البنج هيبقى ما بين 300 الى 250 لو كان 1 ميجا هيبقى من 90 الى 150 او 200
